Details Dispatch members are the center of communication between customers, technicians, and sales teams to ensure we install and calibrate as many vehicles as possible. Requirements Great command of the Spanish & English language. Effectively communicate through SMS, Email, and Phone. Multitasking Attention to detail Positive attitude With Minimum of 2 years experience working in a same industry Responsibilities Matching up our CRM systems in the morning Helping our technicians get parts ordered Getting ETA's from the technicians in the morning and updating our CRM with those, and notifying the customers Calling / texting both customers and technicians throughout the day to coordinate the services getting done Responding to emails from the outside sales organization and updating them on jobs throughout the day Dispositioning our CRM throughout the day as jobs get installed and rescheduled Communicating with internal teams about jobs including aftermarket and dealer parts, calibration issues, warranties, claims related issues, and rebates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
