As a newly qualified solicitor, you'll act as a key player in our expanding team, working with the main insurance companies and insured professionals on a diverse range of insurance matters. You'll engage directly with clients, manage complex professional negligence and Contractors All Risks claims, and gain hands-on experience with both pre-action and litigated cases. Key Responsibilities Regular interaction with clients, sharing your knowledge of key issues and providing meaningful advice and support. A mixed workload of professional negligence claims involving a wide variety of professionals, plus an opportunity for involvement in Contractors All Risks claims. Conduct both pre-action and litigated matters, providing real-time project support, as well as assisting more senior fee earners. Direct engagement with experts and counsel, directing our work with both.
