This role will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing the brand's social media presence, with a strong focus on influencer outreach and content collaborations.The successful candidate will possess a combination of creative storytelling skills, influencer marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of social media best practices to drive engagement and build a loyal community around the brand.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 100% remote Salary Range: $1,000 - $2,000 Duties and responsibilities: Content Strategy and Management: Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy for the brand's digital channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.Curate and manage the brand's social media feeds, including creating and scheduling posts, stories, and reels.Plan and execute monthly campaigns, giveaways, and other initiatives to increase engagement and grow the brand's following.Influencer and Creator Outreach: Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors within the industry.Manage the influencer/creator program, including outreach, product seeding, and content collaboration.Coordinate with influencers and creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.Customer Engagement and Community Building: Actively engage with customers and fans sharing the brand's content, encouraging further sharing and participation.Identify and nurture relationships with top brand advocates, encouraging them to join the brand's creator program.Foster a sense of community by facilitating meaningful interactions and discussions around the brand's values and offerings.Content Sourcing and Repurposing: Identify gaps in the brand's current content library and determine which products need to be seeded to influencers or featured in upcoming campaigns.Curate and organize user-generated content and influencer content for repurposing across various channels, such as ads, emails, and other marketing initiatives.Visual Content Creation: Possess basic graphic design skills to transform organic posts into visually appealing and brand-consistent assets.Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency with the brand's visual guidelines and aesthetics.Requirements: Proven experience in social media management and content creation for consumer brands.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of brand voice and storytelling.Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to optimize content strategy.Knowledge of influencer marketing best practices and experience managing influencer relationships.Basic graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Familiarity with content management systems, scheduling tools, and collaboration platforms.Passion for the industry and understanding of consumer trends and interests.
