What you will do The role of the SMB Success & Onboarding Manager in Addi is crucial for driving the company's expansion, merchant acquisition, merchant retention & engagement, and therefore, revenue growth within the small and medium business segment. The SMB Success & Onboarding Manager relies heavily on data analytics to make informed decisions and drive experimentation and optimization processes to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across the merchant's life cycle. SMB segment is composed of +15k merchants. GMV Growth: Drive SMBs to conquer 50M USD of GMV in December. Untapped Opportunities: Discover potential opportunities for growth of the existing segment, generating at least 2M USD of extra GMV by EOY. Churn and Retention: Guarantee that +80% of the SMBs base originate on a monthly basis. Deep Knowledge of Merchants Behaviors: Lead and work collaboratively with analytics teams to continuously discover insights and drive actions based on data. Develop a value-based segmentation and create the framework for action. Team Performance: Manage an overperforming team and keep close tabs on the different KPIs within the segment. Requirements (MUST HAVE) Proven track record of successfully leading SMBs sales and customer success teams in the Local Market. With at least 4 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams. (MUST HAVE) Comfortable in a startup setting. Must have the ability to thrive in organized chaos. Possess a proven track record of excelling in fast-changing, low-direction settings, demonstrating the ability to pivot as needed. Capable of balancing day-to-day results with long-term planning and strategy. (MUST HAVE) Sense of commercial urgency. Must have the ability to move quickly and change iterations when things are going wrong in the fast-paced landscape of SMBs. (MUST HAVE) Exceptional analytical skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to drive strategic decision-making. Possess a talent for extracting meaningful insights, identifying trends, and uncovering untapped opportunities. Knowledge in Databricks, Looker, SQL, and Python is a plus. (MUST HAVE) Business Savvy: Demonstrated ability to build and present business cases to support the case for new initiatives. (MUST HAVE) Strong track record of successfully leading teams during periods of accelerated growth and expansion. Ability to drive and sustain momentum during these periods. (NICE TO HAVE) Demonstrated prior experience in project management is highly valued for this role. Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies will greatly enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the team, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives and the achievement of the objectives.
