Showroom Coordinator - Part - Time

The Showroom Coordinators receive calls and visitors at the dealership, determine the nature of their business, and direct them to their destination. They are responsible for answering basic inquiries, routing incoming calls, taking messages, and providing basic information to all callers.
This is a part-time position scheduled to work 15-20 hours per week including evenings and weekends. They greet, direct, and track customers that visit the dealership utilizing a traffic monitoring process. Enter data into the prospect tracking system and run prospect reports for managers daily. Direct customers to the appropriate person or inform the salesperson that a customer is waiting. Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Answer incoming phone calls to the Sales Department and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Maintain a professional appearance and treat all customers with respect and dignity.
