Multi-line dealership group carrying all the top brands is now accepting resumes for our Service Manager Position, IMMEDIATE OPENING. Applicant must be able to work independently. We are NOT looking for someone to train, rather someone who CAN AND HAS run entire departments consisting of 4+ service writers and as many as 7+ technicians. Applicant must be able to "lead by example" as we are a very active & busy dealership. Brands carried: BRP, Can Am, CF Moto, Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Sea Doo, Segway, Slingshot, Yamaha.

We offer a competitive salary plus commission with paid vacations as well as a relocation allowance.
SALARY + COMMISSION RANGE: $75K – $150K / Annual QUALIFICATIONS: Mechanical knowledge and experience with motorcycles.History with OEM sites for daily operations related to the department.Must have a valid motorcycle endorsement.Computer skills are a must.Strong customer service and communication skills.Experience with Lightspeed and CRM programs is a plus.Have great attention to detail.Ability to lift materials and perform light physical tasks.DEPARTMENT DUTIES: Manage with a high degree of customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.Assign jobs to technicians while following a schedule.Assist technicians as needed.Communicate with OEMs for warranty approval as needed.Oversee warranty claim submissions in a timely manner.Handle customer complaints quickly, with understanding, and with a positive attitude to demonstrate our customer commitment.Produce technician efficiency reports.Input on department promotions and advertising.Apply today; any & all communication is kept confidential.
