This position reports to Service Manager Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations. The work model for the role is hybrid. This role is contributing to the Motion Business Area in Bogotá, Colombia. You will be mainly accountable for: Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified. Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner. Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database. Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure Field Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery. Qualifications for the Role You are immersed in the management of resources, planning, and handling of tools such as project management in major projects in the Colombian market. Ability to demonstrate your experience in coordination and/or supervision with 3 years of experience in projects in the field service area. Possess enhanced knowledge of the service market in the industrial sector, Oil & Gas, or heavy industry (petrochemical, production, or related). PMI certification, advanced Office, SAP, ERPs, or ATS. You are passionate about strategic leadership, interpersonal communication, customer orientation, teamwork, organization, and planning. Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, electromechanical, or related fields. You are at ease communicating in English at an advanced level.
