Service Business Development Rep

Description Set, confirm and follow up with Service Appointments. Coordinate with the appropriate Service Advisor and Technician based on the Service need and time available. Work closely with the Service Advisors and learn the Technicians' skills Respond to phone and internet inquiries in a professional and timely manner Accurately enter customer information (personal and vehicle) and customer comments/needs into the CRM tool Conduct phone surveys to assess the customers experience Maintain a follow up system that encourages repeat business and referrals Acquire knowledge of services that benefit the customer/their vehicle Keep up to date with recalls, products, monthly deals/specials Make outbound calls for necessary recalls and warranty work Generate business from manifest lists Maintain strict confidentiality of personal information of our customers Maintain regular attendance Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications/Skills: Customer Service Experience - required Call Center Experience - highly preferred Automotive Experience - a plus but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work at a desk/computer for most of the work day Ability to multitask #J-18808-Ljbffr
