We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in the development, maintenance, and support of internally developed applications that drive our customer incentive programs. This is a remote position available to candidates across LATAM . Requirements 7+ years of experience in .Net web technologies using C# and ASP.Net , working with n-tier architecture . 5+ years of hands-on experience with front-end technologies including HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ReactJS . 5+ years of experience in relational databases, including writing queries in SQL . Proficiency with tools like Git and Visual Studio .Net . Familiarity with the ASP.Net framework , SQL Server , and architectural patterns such as MVC and Repository/Service patterns. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and lead across departments. Extensive understanding of the software development life cycle. Ability to work independently . Advanced English proficiency. Main Activities Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other teams to identify end-user requirements and specifications. Architect efficient and reusable code to drive complex web applications based on requirements. Build the UI framework to create rich applications, integrating widgets and code to interact with data. Regularly test code to ensure it meets functional, performance, and security standards, along with other quality factors. Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software for enhanced performance. Develop technical documentation to support future development projects.
