Senior Search Analyst (Google Ads)

Job Description Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Search Analyst who led digital campaigns for the assigned advertisers (billing support, setup, keywords management, monitoring, optimization, and reporting) for multiple Search platforms such as Google ads, Bing ads, SA360, Apple, and Amazon search, among others.The ideal candidate has independence and focus on quality and is eager to grow together with more than 5.000 employees of Publicis Global Delivery in the world.If you are passionate about digital transformation, cross-team communication, and the digital ecosystemDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSet up search campaigns, within each required platform, following the guidelines.Run status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies.Monitoring the health of your campaigns, and ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives (including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives)Ensuring the quality of deliverables and campaign setup within the search media platforms.Proactively makes suggestions and troubleshoots issues.Report any issues that can spark within the operation promptly.Deliver recommendations, execution & analysis of beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies, and vendors.Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to clients, formulating campaign strategy, researching keywords, creating structures & potential marketing channels and testing.Generate powerful insights that add value to campaign performance and focus on better resultsQualificationsEmployee engagement activities and eventsTechnical trainings, soft skills development, technical certifications, access to online libraries and e-learning platformsPrepaid medicine or 5 paid vacation days (in addition to those legally established)Find your path ProgramYou will have a coach that will support and help you growLevel up Program
