We help companies achieve their engineering goals through agile processes and dedicated software development teams.Role Description:This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Salesforce Developer. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions. The Senior Salesforce Developer will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, optimizing performance, and providing technical guidance to junior developers.Qualifications:- Strong experience in Salesforce development and customization.- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.- Experience with Salesforce Communities and Salesforce CPQ is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce - Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
