The Role at a Glance Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Colombian Time) Work Setup: 100% Work from Home Key Contributions and Responsibilities Design and deploy a social media recruitment strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Work with Marketing and HR to amplify the employer brand through engaging, authentic content. Maintain an active social media presence to drive candidate engagement and expand industry network connections. Establish, document, and refine recruitment best practices and guidelines to standardize processes. Partner with stakeholders to align hiring goals with business objectives, optimizing recruitment to meet strategic company needs. Participate in workforce planning initiatives, helping identify talent gaps and align strategies for long-term growth. Build robust talent pipelines through social media, proactive sourcing, and networking. Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, applying insights to optimize recruitment efficiency. Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices for data handling and candidate privacy. Requirements What You Bring to the Table Experience: 3+ years in recruiting, with at least 2 years focused on social media-driven talent acquisition. Demonstrated success using social media platforms for recruiting, especially LinkedIn. Skills and Expertise: Strong communication skills, capable of creating brand-aligned, engaging content. Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Data-driven decision-making ability and an analytical mindset. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Equivalent experience is also considered. Tech Stack: Experienced in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and Excel (intermediate level). Plus: Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and content creation.
