Your Responsibilities: Close collaboration with departments: Promote and challenge local business & internal stakeholders in financial and performance management. Responsible for the efficient operation and provision of: Annual standard cost calculations of production, investment calculations, regular management reporting including variance analysis (monthly), ad-hoc management analyses, and support for management in decision-making. Responsibility for planning and implementing corrective measures, developing recommendations for action, and monitoring the resulting follow-up actions. Providing local/regional data and analyses, access to relevant data, analyzing key trends, combining results from various sources, and providing business recommendations. Support for investment planning (project participation and business case analyses) as well as ensuring cost-efficient follow-up on the introduction of new products in connection with the overall business case. Continuous optimization and further development of local, regional, and global financial processes, reports, and tasks through coordination and collaboration with regional and global analyst functions. Your Profile: Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, or comparable. 5+ years of professional experience in the analysis of financial data and statistical methods. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Creativity and curiosity as well as a knack for developing insightful analyses and recommendations. Ability to tell compelling stories through visual reports and dashboards. Experience with business intelligence tools, preferably SAP, BW, Power BI, and/or SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud). Proficient in MS Office/Excel. Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken.
