Senior Product Designer - for Design System You will be working in a Design system team, which will consist of yourself, a Senior Designer, Developers and a Product Manager. Together as a team you will have the opportunity to shape and build Deel's design system. Duties Deeply analyze customers and business problems to identify the pain points. Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to problems. Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots. Update the acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work. Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release. Lead holistic design and system design for Deel in partnership with Product Managers and Developers. Actively give feedback to other designers in the team. Perform design reviews from a system design point of view. Drive the vision for holistic system design and implementation working with Product and Engineering. Steer the group's design execution toward reaching business goals. Work holistically across multiple platforms to solve problems. Above all - Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all around the world. Requirements Be passionate about design. Able to learn fast. Experienced in the design and implementation of design systems; including templates, components and documentation in Zeroheight and Figma i.e. Storybooks, Figma components, Libraries. Previously worked for a minimum of 5-6 years experience as a product designer in fast-paced environment (ideally scale up/startup). Have strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI. Autonomous force multiplier for their team and designers around them. Know when to go deep on a task and when to execute. Experienced with being embedded into a development team with a light touch from the product manager. We believe that the work comes from everyone, not just from the top down. Be comfortable with being involved with the end-to-end development process. From ideation to design QA - you feed and unblock the team. Location: For this role, you will need to be in EMEA and LATAM.
