Senior Product Coordinator

Professional in business, technology, design, and/or related careers with a master's degree in product development or innovation. More than 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the development and management of digital products in the technology sector. Ability to effectively communicate and translate business needs into clear, automatable, and effective product requirements. Technical requirements: Bilingual - English (C1 or native) / conversational Spanish preferred. Experience in project management based on methodologies such as PMI or agile methodologies such as SCRUM. Use of Project Management tools. Knowledge of UX/UI and user-centered design. Knowledge of process improvement and A/B testing methodologies. Ability to translate business needs into clear, automatable, and effective product requirements. Knowledge and experience in generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) tools and frameworks applied to product development. Understanding of digital technologies and trends in the technology sector. Have certification (CSPO - Certified Scrum Product Owner). SIX SIGMA certification. Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies. Decision making. Relationship with the client. Leadership. Creativity. Team management. Adaptation to change. Working conditions: Compensation: up to $8,000,000 COP per month, depending on experience. Type of contract: indefinite. Workplace: remote. Location: Colombia.
