This role requires a professional with experience in Shared Services Centers and bilingual proficiency. We are looking for someone who can bring value to the team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Process invoices (both with and without purchase orders) Manage recurring invoices, including rent, utilities, and travel agency transactions Handle deposits and cash reserves Oversee expense allocations between periods Resolve reconciliation exceptions and coordinate with relevant business units Verify invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Monitor prepaid and pending transactions Prepare and process payments to meet deadlines Ensure AP transactions are offset in bank reconciliations Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Review accounts payable trial balances (aged invoices) and follow up on outstanding items Audit expense reports for policy compliance Handle and respond promptly to supplier inquiries Assist in month-end close activities Prepare and review accruals and other P2P-related provisions Support monthly KPI preparation Assist the P2P Manager / Team Leader with ad-hoc tasks and projects Provide guidance and training to the P2P team on accounting matters Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects Profile: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance (experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment is a plus) Familiarity with local customers and suppliers (beneficial but not required) Strong understanding of administrative processes and accounting principles Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments Ability to work independently and make informed decisions Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in all tasks Positive attitude with a focus on learning and continuous improvement Proven ability to achieve results and contribute to process improvements Salary: 7,000,000 If you are a motivated, bilingual professional with experience in Shared Services Centers and meet the above qualifications, we invite you to apply and become part of a team committed to excellence and growth.
