Senior Client Operations Analyst

Job Description Lead collection, aggregation and reporting of agency operation data and intelligence Maintain up-to-date staff plan in Smartsheet and create org charts Assist with all elements of the global financial management process Assist the Global Accounts & Operations team with miscellaneous Operations tasks and projects Project-manage large teams for specific deliverables on a monthly or ad hoc basis Qualifications 1+ year experience in operations, finance, project management or data analysis, preferably in a media agency or advertising agency Knowledge of Smartsheet or ability to learn Smartsheet in 1-2 months Advanced MS Excel skills Knowledge of Sharepoint a plus Understands and can meet deadlines Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced and constantly-changing environment Able to multitask and take on a variety of projects Must be pro-active, curious, and a creative problem solver Strong math and analytical skills Excellent project management skills Excellent organizational skills and attention-to-detail a must Demonstrated critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities Positive, solution-oriented attitude Able to work successfully with teams and different personalities Additional Information Publicis Global Delivery is the talent powerhouse of Publicis Groupe, the largest global communications group.
