Responsibilities As part of the Content Intelligence team for Business Chat, you will work on deep understanding of various types of structured, unstructured, and multi-media datasets, from designing scalable experiments to deploying codes and models to production.
Specifically: Leverage large scale Azure Machine Learning platform to manage compliant data and conduct a wide range of AI/LLM related experiments.
Conduct online experiments based on optimal algorithms and models trained in offline settings.
Resolve experimentation scalability and latency issues and optimize performance.
Design the guardrail metrics and sanity test cases to maintain quality over time.
Collaborate closely with partners to deploy our solutions to production.
Stay current with the latest LLM developments and apply the best ones to our stack as appropriate.
Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience (e.g., statistics predictive analytics, research) OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in machine learning.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, R, Java, or C++.
Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Results-oriented critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges.
Familiarity and practical experience with Natural Language Processing, Data Mining, and the latest Large Language Model (LLM) techniques.
Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
