Job Title: Sr. Account Manager City, Country: Bogotá, Colombia Job Type: Hybrid Level: P15 In this exciting role, the Account Manager will ultimately be responsible for leading the implementation of winning flavors solutions for our clients to defend the existing business and drive further business growth, in close collaboration with a team of talented professionals. Your key responsibilities: Identify business opportunities, decision factors, and success criteria and execute action plan accordingly; Leverage proactive projects to generate new business opportunities; Bring market insights and connect with our strategy generating innovation and different business models; Develop a strong and trusting customer relationship with different areas, including marketing and senior leadership; Build and manage sales budget, monitor sales, and profitability versus objectives. You bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing, food engineering, chemical engineering); Sales experience in the B2B food market; Experience in developing and maintaining clients in Central America and the Caribbean; Advanced in English.
