As a Startup CSR, you will help drive the growth of early stage and mature Startups, servicing their unique needs, engaging with Founders, CxOs, Board of Directors and VC influencers, and teaming with business development, marketing, solution architecture and partner teams to lead execution of coordinated go-to-market strategies. Your customers are building, launching, and iterating the next generation of high impact products which will change the daily lives of our planet in ways both big and small, and you will be part of these journeys. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services. Key job responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed revenue and goal targets in a defined territory. Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan to manage and grow numerous accounts concurrently. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services. Accelerate customer adoption. Maintain a robust sales pipeline. Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years in related tech sales experience Demonstrates ability to manage customer relationships Ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written Skilled in prospecting techniques Ability to build and deliver against a plan for your territory which meets or exceeds revenue targets Entrepreneurial "builder" mentality Comfortable delivering results amid ambiguity and change Advanced English PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience selling cloud solutions Sales or equivalent certification Experience using Salesforce Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
