Salary: Sales – USD Colombian Pesos 1st Month (guaranteed) $ 3,000,000 COP 2nd Month and on from $ 0 - $20,000 USD = $ 2,000,000 COP Monthly Sales from $20,001 to $29,999 USD = $ 2,500,000 COP Monthly Sales from $30,000 to $39,999 USD = $ 3,000,000 COP Monthly Sales from $40,000 to $49,999 USD = $ 3,500,000 COP Monthly Sales of $50,000 USD and above (Maximum Threshold) = $ 4,000,000 COP Commission: New Client Acquisition by the sales rep: Sales Representatives will earn a commission rate of 5% on the total sale amount for each new client successfully onboarded.
Recurrent Clients by the sales rep: For the existing clients, Sales Representatives will receive a commission rate of 3% after the first sale.
