Sales Manager - Expert in Execution and Closing Effective Sales IGC Pharma SAS is based in Bogota and is a subsidiary of an NYSE-listed U.S. start-up development-stage pharmaceutical company that focuses on preventing and managing Alzheimer's and other CNS diseases. We also develop, manufacture, and market over-the-counter products for women's health. We are looking for a Sales Manager, expert in closing effective sales and responsible for leading the Company's sales teams. His/her main functions are: Make and close effective sales of the company's distinct brands in their different forms, B2B, B2C, private label, among others. Develop commercial strategies. Attract new customers. Facilitate the closing of contracts and sales. Supervise the operations of the sales team. Design sales plans. Analyze the market and competition. Manage and control the client portfolio. The profile must have extensive sales experience and demonstrate expertise with clear examples of effective sales and profits for the Company. Bonus on sales target can be added to the salary. A sales manager oversees the day-to-day operations of his or her sales department: Hiring and training: recruiting, hiring, and training new sales personnel. Setting targets: Setting sales targets and quotas. Motivate: Motivate sales teams to meet quotas. Analyze data: Reviewing operational and sales records and reports. Generate sales: Distribute leads to sales representatives. Establish relationships: Establish relationships with customers. Identify new markets: Identify potential new markets. Develop training programs: Develop training programs for sales representatives. Sales managers also: Evaluate and adjust performance. Develop processes that drive sales.
