About the job Twilio is seeking a highly skilled Sales Data Analyst to join our Revenue Operations Analytics Team within the Communications Platform business unit. As an Analytics & Planning Associate, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing revenue operations processes. Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize advanced analytical techniques (SQL, Complex GSheet/Excel formulas, Tableau) to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations. Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth, productivity optimization, and overall business performance improvement. KPI Monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards to track and report on revenue metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Modeling and Forecasting: Build and maintain predictive models to support pipeline and revenue forecasting, helping the organization make informed strategic decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product, to understand business requirements and provide analytical support. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting processes, and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement in data analysis capabilities. Qualifications Required: Fluency in English - please provide CV in English; all interviews will be conducted in English. 3+ years relevant experience in FP&A, biz ops, revenue strategy, strategy consulting, and/or operations. Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R. Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline. Experience with revenue forecasting and predictive modeling. Location This role will be remote and based in Colombia. Travel For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
