The RFP Manager is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, including analyzing requirements, coordinating response efforts, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of proposal documents to ensure consistency, completeness, and adherence to branding and quality standards. Verify that all submissions meet client deadlines and formatting requirements. Data Management: Maintain a repository of proposal templates, previous responses, standard company information, and other documents needed for efficient reuse. Track and analyze RFP win/loss rates and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to ensure proposals are competitive and compelling. Conduct research to support proposal development and enhance the company's value proposition. Compliance: Ensure all proposal submissions comply with sales, legal, and company policies. Manage and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
