Job Description About the Job Responsible for executing and delivering all revenue related processes and tasks for the assigned markets/clusters, including sales order and contract validation, billing, revenue recognition and accounting.

This position reports to the Billing & Revenue Team Leader/Manager.
Responsibilities Work with Revenue Assurance and Billing & Revenue Leader to support their deliverables Prepare, initiate in a timely manner the following activities as per Global & Regional agenda: Validate accuracy of orders received in SAP from CRM, based on company internal process & policy Partner with Order Management team to ensure orders received in SAP are compliant with USGAAP and NIQ policies Process Customer invoicing & Invoice Cancellation/Credit Note creation Process Revenue recognition Preparation of Billing and Revenue related reports Responsible for performing billing/revenue controls.
Review accruals, provisions, write offs Generation of month end reports on Unbilled balances, Deferred balances following the US-GAAP/Stat rules and global processes Raise any detected issues that are not consistent with NIQ policies and US GAAP rules Support the markets during audits (CAS, statutory, VAT, etc.)
and collection of documentation for audit purposes Be the first point of contact within the Billing and Revenue Associates actively resolving day to day queries.
Qualifications 4 years+ of experience within finance Understanding of the Revenue processes and accounting (Order Management, CRM, Billing, Collection and Cash Application).
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred MANDATORY: Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
