About Addi We are a technology company working to transform credit and banking in Latin America starting with point of sale finance. We aim to build fair, simple and affordable financial services that empower our clients, treating them with dignity, and building financial freedom. We launched in February 2019 and have already served millions of clients and disbursed millions of dollars. We operate as a full stack startup. We have built our core systems and processes from scratch, and we believe our technology and analytics platform will drive our progress into the years to come. We come at this with deep experience building and growing technology teams and financial products. As important as what we do is how we do it. We are a conscious company and are deeply committed to working and living our five core values - A company of owners inspiring colleagues, we pull rabbits out of hats, we care and we trust, act with integrity, win today every day, and scale exponentially. We are backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Monashees, Village Global, and an outstanding team of individual angels, including Kevin Ryan, Josh Abramowitz, and Scott Weiss. Mission We are seeking an extremely analytical leader with deep Revenue Operations expertise. You will guide our revenue team in decision making and performance management processes. We have a product in an extreme growth phase, which is challenging our data infrastructure across pricing, forecasting, segmentation and sales processes.. A successful person in this role will be responsible for deep business understanding, is expected to "take a seat at the table" and will build a team to handle both analytical and process questions. Outcomes Revamp KPIs and forecasting: Re-define and implement a measurement system - and its respective management process - that allows us to effectively understand and visualize our end-to-end commercial performance and the performance of our allied stores throughout their lifecycle, as well as the consolidated projections of our business, understanding in depth the impact of its multiple commercial factors Commercial Plan Building: Lead the definition and execution of our commercial plan, defining clear measurable objectives, sustaining the tracking of them, and developing a deep understanding of the impact of each metric on our final business results. Insights and Decision Making: Generate the necessary infrastructure to feed commercial decision making, support on pricing policies that optimize business results, and the re-launch and management of our variable compensation system. Team development: Develop and lead a team that ensures results and effective collaboration with our commercial team. Competencies Extremely analytical and data-oriented Expertise with data management is a must (SQL) Expert on standard toolkit of Revenue analytics (NDR, churn, penetration, funnel, cohort performance) Demonstrated ability to "think outside the box" analytically to understand complex problems Background in analytics, consulting, investment banking is a plus Significant experience and leadership in Sales / Revenue Operations At least 5 years' experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operation or similar Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, prioritize ruthlessly and advocate for high-impact projects Expert in structured, process-oriented thinking Experience with and understanding of Sales tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Clearbit, etc.); ability to identify need and onboard high-impact software solutions Ability to balance systems thinking with need to be nimble and move quickly in a startup environment Strong communication and management skills Able to "speak" Sales, Operations and Analytics. Can identify what Sales strategies are "working" and build systems and analytics around them, rather than bringing "out of the box" solutions Other "nice-to-haves" Has worked and succeeded in fast-changing, low-direction environments; can pivot as needed while balancing day-to-day results with long-term planning and strategy Has worked in fintech, payments or eCommerce Benefits Work on a problem that matters and help change customers' lives.
