Medical Devices Segment - Johnson & Johnson Our Medical Devices business segment produces a broad range of innovative products and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, cardiovascular disease, and surgery. Job Description Summary Responsible for coordinating efforts between the sales, strategic pricing, and finance teams specifically for the creation, administration, and insights providing of the revenue analytics for the cluster and LATAM region in the MedTech industry with a focus on PnL variables. Among the main activities, we will have: customer insights, forecasting, reports, analysis, and governance of area key processes. Within their roles is to provide support to the Revenue Management leaders and be aware of how to deliver high value to the business, connecting with them and having a 360 vision of what is happening. It also has to lead and create innovative solutions to have differentiating contracts for our clients. Within your skills, you must have a great ability to influence and motivate teams. Must be a business partner for the organization, and people management oriented and have skills to navigate the organization to finally execute strategic points, prioritization, and the most important change management. Main Responsibilities Are Ensure regional insights and forecasts are incorporated into Franchise plans. Provides market strategy expertise and leadership to managers, property leadership teams, and sales leaders. Manage the pricing & revenue management deliverables related to the PnL by account, update, governance, and maintenance with the different areas and stakeholders. Ability to train and lead the Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams on RM understanding and deployment within the organization. Manage the different revenue forecast deliverables and advanced analytics using predictive pricing & revenue analytics. Carry out the revenue data & methodology governance for the cluster. Make the follow-up of the revenue execution variables connecting with different company teams to drive insights and lead by influence the revenue propelling in the cluster/region. Develop and implement pricing models to identify business gaps and opportunities. Continuously improve analytical methodologies, insights, and tools to advance our RM capabilities. Drives the execution of the strategy. Ensure property processes of loading prices. Be part of special projects. Connect with local teams to understand MedTech performance vs. competition. Use secondary data to build and refine market and competition insights. Build market share performance reports for different audiences. Lead your team towards continuous improvement and delivery of excellent insights. Team leadership. Proactively provide fact-based insights and analytics programs to address specific business needs. Develop and implement new insights frameworks and business analytics tools, techniques, and processes. Support franchise team assuring brand strategy is appropriately implemented in the region. This position requires a proactive individual who can comply with specific short deadlines. Must have strong analytical and numerical skills in addition to business and financial acumen. The person should have the ability to navigate in a global organization such as J&J. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations are essential. Other Important Competencies And Skills Are People management experience. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams. Global orientation with attention to detail. Academic and professional experience preferred in programming or statistical languages such as R Studio, Python, or Alteryx. Programming knowledge in other languages such as SQL or Visual Basic is preferred. Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot), Power BI is important. Analytics skills such as statistical modeling and simulation are preferred. Experience handling large and complex data sets. Previous experience working with Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and databases in general is a must. Qualifications Graduate degree required. Between 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics of areas handling large databases and analytics delivery. Location of the role: Bogotá, Colombia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
