Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets Reservation Management: Book flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services for clients Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all arrangements are made accurately and efficiently Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or changes promptly Vendor Coordination: Work with travel suppliers to secure reservations and negotiate rates Travel Documentation: Ensure clients have all necessary travel documents and information for their trips Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with clients post-trip to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in travel booking, hospitality, or a related field is preferred Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
