We are searching the best talent for a Sales Representative to be in Cali, Colombia .
Purpose: Responsible for achieving pharmaceutical product sales to new and established hospital accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration.
This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
Essential Duties: * Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new therapeutics.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of the products' clinical efficacy, articulate a value proposition for the customer, provide clinical support/information as needed, and achieve their sales objectives.
* Conduct business analysis, actively prospect for new business (i.e., identifies key accounts, develops specific plans for penetration).
* Develop customer specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probes and supporting approved materials.
* Effectively penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.
* Appropriately use all marketing tools and resources, including computer generated presentations, uses closing skills to move sale to next step (i.e., another appointment, in-service, patient identification, etc.).
Qualifications * Experience of 3-5 years in a commercial role, preferably having experience in hematology is desired * Knowledge of the patient journey * Completed bachelor's degree in administration, areas of health, economics, etc.
* Intermediate - advanced Excel - management of data analysis * Knowledge of sales skills and techniques is required * Knowledge in the health system is preferred * Knowledge of value propositions and pharmacoeconomics is preferred * Intermediate - Advanced English
