You'll be the first point of contact for talent and responsible for building an organized, efficient database that our team can rely on for future projects. About the Role: As a Remote Talent Scouter , your primary responsibility will be to scout and identify top talent across the U.S. for both remote and on-location studio shoots. You will work remotely to build strong relationships with talent while maintaining an organized talent database for the team. You will need to have a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assess whether talent aligns with our brand's needs. What You'll Do: - Creatively scout and source U.S.-based talent through social media, online platforms, and personal networks. - Identify models, influencers, and creators who align with High Scale's brand and values for both remote and in-studio shoots. - Build and maintain a highly organized talent database with detailed profiles, ensuring easy access and management for future projects. - Ensure all talent meets the specific needs of the client's brand persona, audience, and campaign goals. - Act as the company's ambassador, leaving a professional first impression and maintaining clear communication with all potential talent. - Provide scouting reports to track talent suitability, ensuring thorough documentation and clear information for the team. - Negotiate preliminary terms, ensuring talent understands the business model, contracts, and expectations to avoid future misunderstandings. - Maintain an up-to-date roster of backup talent in case of last-minute changes or cancellations. Background & Skills: - Experience : 2+ years of experience in talent scouting, casting, or talent management, preferably in remote roles. - Remote Work Proficiency : Strong ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and collaborate with a remote team. - Creative Eye : Ability to spot unique talent and assess their alignment with brand and project needs. - Organizational Skills : Ability to create and manage a highly organized, accessible database for ongoing and future casting needs. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain contracts, rates, and expectations clearly to talent. - Relationship Builder : Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and maintaining engagement remotely. - Attention to Detail : Ensure every aspect of talent profiles, from skills to availability, is accurately documented.
