In the context of the CHC Carve-In project, Sanofi is strengthening its Treasury team and looking to recruit a Treasury Analyst – CHC (Consumer Healthcare) America . The Treasury Analyst reports directly to the Head of Regional Treasury Services Center Latam & NA. She/he will be responsible for all daily Treasury activities of the CHC entities in America cluster. This includes assisting with cash management, cash forecasting, bank relations, hedging of such CHC entities, reporting, and project management. Main responsibilities: CHC Treasury Operations Cash and liquidity management activities for all Chloe legal entities: Management of bank accounts (opening/closing, overdrafts) and banking powers Interco Current Account/Cash pooling activities (cash management agreement) Control of Banking fees Liquidity Management: approval of outgoing payments, intercompany borrowing, Interest calculations, Commissions Management of foreign currency exposure in line with Corporate Treasury guidelines Timely and accurate cash flow reporting including cash forecast and Financing/Net Debt reporting Measurement, monitoring, and control of treasury performance Treasury support for local business and finance teams and active participation in projects Ensures treasury compliance with Sanofi Corporate Treasury policies Interactions Strong interactions with country treasures Collaborates with relevant colleagues regarding various finance responsibilities Collaborates with different project Teams Involvement with credit control related matters Interactions with Banks About you Experience : Treasury knowledge, based on at least 3 years of relevant Treasury experience Experience in project management and change management Experience in electronic banking systems Soft skills and Technical skills: Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Knowledge of MS Applications Strong analytic skills Good Accounting knowledge (IFRS) Strong verbal and written communication skills Result driven and able to act autonomously Reliable, detail oriented, adds value and brings structure Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity Strong capabilities in MS Excel Ability to develop strong working relationships in an international environment Education: B/S Accounting/Finance at minimum; MBA is a plus Treasury Certification is a plus Change Management Certification is a plus Why choose us?
