Shift: 8 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday Job Description: A dynamic and innovative company dedicated to (industry/field). Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
