Compensation:
USD 1K - 1.4K/month.
Location:
Remote (for Mexico, Nicaragua, Honduras, Colombia, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Ecuador, Chile, Bolivia, El Salvador, and Peru residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You are proficient in real estate executive assistance, email management, real estate management, and project management.
- You are beginner in digital marketing.
- English – Fully fluent.
- Spanish – Fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a Transaction Coordinator (TC) Liaison.
- Assist in customer success and onboarding processes.
- Manage the CEO's email inbox and schedule.
- Oversee team members and collect performance reports.
- Handle daily administrative tasks and project management.
- Communicate with leads and customers, maintaining high professionalism.
- Support in managing real estate documents and processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate terms and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle challenging personalities with poise and professionalism.
Nice to have:
- Experience in real estate investing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing.
- Previous role in customer success or similar positions.
Technical skills:
- Proficient in using Podio, Dotloop, Trello, and GSuite.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
