What You'll Do Conduct routine audits and analysis of the quality of the services provided. Interpret and analyze data obtained from auditing to determine if the service meets established quality standards. Document audit results and maintain accurate and detailed records of all auditing activities. Investigate and troubleshoot any issues that arise during auditing, including identifying the root cause of any problems and proposing corrective actions. Communicate audit results and findings to relevant interested parties, including operations agents, quality assurance personnel, and management. Participate in the development and validation of auditing methods and procedures to ensure that they are accurate and reliable.
