Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Quality Assurance (QA) Training Specialist of the Quality Support Center (QSC) supports the Training Program at UPS Healthcare.He / She identifies critical (skill) gaps in the current training program, assists in the development training materials, and train employees.In this role, he / she provides support to the Quality Support Center Management Team and assist in the execution projects and initiatives in alignment with the organizational training strategy.In addition, he / she gathers training data, identifies risks associated with the training program, and communicates to the next level of management.Other Duties- Trains new UPS Healthcare employees.- Supports the onboarding process development, creation of an effective training plan, and evaluates program effectiveness.- Assist in the development of training content and collaborates with stakeholder to ensure content is in alignment with UPS policy and procedures.- Supports training effectiveness and review feasibility of the training materials.- Utilizes evaluation tools to collect data from the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).- Designs standardized reports to ensure key performance indicators are measurable.- Provides administrative assistance for employee setup and training material uploads (as applicable).- Provides support for any training related queries funnel through the QSC.- Recommends changes and / or continuous improvement ideas to the next level of management.Preferred Competencies- Experience with healthcare regulations (e.g., cGMP, GDP, GMP) guidelines is preferred.- Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards is an advantage.- Advanced English- Knowledge of Quality Management System is an advantage.- Experience with working with learning management systems (LMS)- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).- Captures / documents specific and accurate information; learns subjects thoroughly and in detail; completes work with thoroughness;supplies appropriate details when requested; maintains organized files.- Identify potential gaps in the processes and make recommendations for possible improvements.- Strong time management skill, able to work within time-limits (deadlines).MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) Preferred- Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) Science or related discipline PreferredGrade :10CLocation : BogotaDeadline to apply : Monday 17th June, 2024.Employee Type : PermanentPermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
