About the Opportunity The Operations & Program Management Team enables execution across the Product and Technology organization through the use of standards and automation, providing tools and processes that scale, promote transparency and accountability, and support collaboration. The Program Managers and Project Managers within the team drive operational simplicity, operational efficiency, risk management, transparency and ultimately the delivery of results for key internal and customer-facing projects focused on Ellucian's transformation into a world-class SaaS provider. The Program Management Team is seeking a highly organized, motivated, results-oriented, and experienced Project Manager . The project manager will be responsible for leading and managing strategic and high priority projects to achieve expected outcomes. This position is an individual contributor role. Where you will make an impact Facilitate delivery of projects by ensuring the team drives commitments to completion on time and with quality Take responsibility for delivering not just a project but a solution – people, process and technology Own and manage communication within and across projects, ensuring transparency and buy in on key decisions Ensure initiatives are managed to deliver expected outcomes. Proactively remove impediments to ensure successful delivery of team commitments.
