Location: 100 % Remote - Global Responsibilities Oversee and manage the overall workflow and processes within the agency. Optimize efficiencies within the creative and design teams to enhance productivity. Handle project timelines and budgets for both internal and external projects. Engage in client/account management, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction. Oversee projects across various media, including brand identity, print, photo, video, and animation. Manage creative resources, including facilitating freelancer contracts and onboarding. Organize, archive, and maintain final project files. Develop team briefing documents by gathering insights and ideas from strategy and creative teams. Actively participate in employee review and mentorship programs. Opportunity to contribute to strategy, copywriting, and creative conceptualizing for projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in project management or production, preferably within a creative or digital agency environment. Proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint & G-Suite. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Proficient in English; Finnish language skills are a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and advanced organizational skills.
