Come join our team!Smart Wires is currently looking for a Project Management Intern, based in Medellin or Bogota, Colombia to support our Project & Services team.
Primary Responsibilities Support the delivery of projects across the LatAm region to meet scope, schedule, and cost while maintaining safety and quality.
Develop and use sound project management practices to ensure the project progress, details and administrative duties are proactively managed, controlled and on time.
Work collaboratively across a diverse and high-performing team.
Support the Project & Services team to comply with health and safety requirements from customers in the region.
Accept and provide feedback to your team and leaders – both positive and constructive.
Drive analytical understanding of risks, costs, and performance through effective use of metrics, analysis, and organization.
Produce standard project deliverables, reports and communications with sufficient time for team review before customer (external and internal) due dates.
Identify and flag project risks for action by the project leaders.
Bring a continuous improvement mindset.

The PM Intern will need to be resilient in failure and seek to improve on success.
Requirements Student in at least two (2) semesters of Electrical/Electronic engineering Fluent verbal and written Spanish Proficient verbal and written English Interest and enthusiasm towards project management MS Office fluency; MS Excel Intermediate/High Proactive, organized, responsible and responsive.
Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative and reliable.
Travel when required., up to 20% of the time.
American VISA preferred.
Valid driver's license preferred.
