The Headlines: In the role of Production Services Materials Analyst working in the Golden Brewery in Golden, CO you will be part of the Production Services team. This position reports to the Production Services Manager and works closely with corporate Customer Service, Golden Distribution Center Customer Services, Production Schedulers, Logistics Coordinators, and Corporate Transportation.
The roles require a high level of organization, effective communication, and an ability to understand the impacts of each plan through each department and across departments. Each role needs a strategic focus and broad perspective as plans interact with each other and can change in both planning and execution.
The Responsibilities: Order the Brewery's materials to support Brewing and Packaging scheduled volumes.Coordinate Process Orders with vendors to deliver against Production Schedules.Collaborate to react to any delays in timing and execution to the plan.The Other Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, like field, or 4 years of equivalent experience.Minimum of one year's experience in production scheduling against order placement and removals.Must have sound analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to manage several tasks while anticipating and reacting to a changing production and marketing environment.Must be able to balance conflicting priorities and meet customer demands through effective time management in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work effectively as a team member and to develop and maintain productive working relationships.You love a challenge.
