Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time What You'll Manage and Coordinate: Daily Communications: Send call sheets to talent daily and maintain effective communication lines with all project stakeholders. Payroll and Compliance: Work closely with payroll to ensure all talent payments are processed on time and collaborate with legal to ensure all documentation is correctly signed and stored. Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage inventory needed for shoots, ensuring all necessary materials are on hand. Procurement: Order and manage the delivery of products and materials online as required, keeping projects within budget and timelines. Production Preparation: Ensure that all shot lists and mood boards are prepared ahead of time, maintaining high standards of creative excellence. Project Management Tools: Utilize monday.com to keep project boards up-to-date with the latest developments and team assignments. Talent Rostering: Develop and maintain a roster of talent, aligning with project needs and casting decisions. Background & Skills: Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication is essential for coordinating across different departments and with external partners.
