Job Description Seeking a strategic and proactive Product Manager with a strong foundation in project management to guide associate PMs, manage and curate the product roadmap, and ensure product governance in the dynamic field of AdTech. The ideal candidate will align product strategies with market trends and business objectives, steering projects from conception to completion with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage the product roadmap for the short, medium and long term, informed by data, experimentation, market analysis and focused primarily on the needs of our customers Write and validate functional specifications for the Data and Engineering team. Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with commercial, engineering, data science, infrastructure, marketing and design teams to ensure we develop the right features and that once developed they impact business performance. Support the commercial teams with quality assurance of our products. Define and track the KPIs required to understand product performance throughout the entire cycle (from conception to maturity). Coach other PMs in the product management processes. Define processes for the product management function. Qualifications Solid experience in the role. A strong decision maker and you are not afraid of executing what you consider is best for your product. Willingness to work on a technical product in a complex environment and market. Excellent communication skills to share ideas with internal and external stakeholders. Leadership to drive alignment and engagement of all teams. Experience developing technological products. Excellent language and communication skills. Advanced level of English. Experience in the AdTech industry. Experience in mentoring product management professionals.
