As a Product Delivery Manager , your role involves overseeing the successful delivery of product features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Team Management & Output Oversight: Manage cross-functional outputs of QA, QA Automation, Product Advocacy, and Documentation teams to maintain quality standards and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with Product Managers and Developers to ensure seamless transitions from feature development to delivery and adoption.
Quality Assurance: Oversee QA processes, ensuring all features meet functionality and performance requirements.
Collaborate with the QA Automation Engineer to expand automation coverage and optimize testing workflows.
Documentation & Product Advocacy: Ensure comprehensive documentation is developed for new features, processes, and customer-facing materials.
Support the Product Advocate in conducting internal and external webinars, promoting product features, and gathering actionable feedback.
Feature Adoption & Customer Engagement: Drive feature adoption strategies using insights from tools like Gainsight PX and FullStory.
Analyze customer usage data to identify adoption trends and recommend enhancements.
Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing to effectively communicate the value of new features.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS What would help you succeed: Believe and love what you do.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Independent critical thinking.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Minimum requirements: Studies: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience: Strong background in product delivery management, with 5+ years of experience in a related role.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex deliverables.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Gainsight PX, and FullStory for tracking progress and generating actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with experience managing customer-facing and internal initiatives.
Language: Advanced English skills.
C1 or higher is required.
