We are located at Calle 25g # 73b – 90 in Bogotá, this will be a hybrid model role. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Plan, create, and produce communications and materials that support key change initiatives, policy changes and other company information to Pricing & Contracting (P&C) teams along with OU leadership teams and commercial employees. Develop change communication toolkits, training playbooks, templates, and processes that can be leveraged by multiple stakeholders. Work across multiple programs (defined as per P&C priorities), with varying demand and objective by acting as an integral member of that transformation initiative. Communicate upcoming changes proactively in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. Craft messaging to bring transformation to life, creatively leveraging different communication mediums to engage stakeholders. Maintain key internal relationship with SMEs, Product Owners/Project Managers, and Global P&C leadership to inform, gain input, and support decision-making. Consult with SMEs, Product Owners and leaders to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately represented in messaging and communication plans. Help foster the adoption of a self-service model for low impact changes. Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up to date with relevant development. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree in administrative areas. Seven years of experience creating, supporting and implementing communication plans for transformational initiatives and internal communications. Knowledge and understanding of both traditional and emerging communications channels, including social media and digital platforms. Experience working with efficiency improvement processes. Fluent in English. Knowledge with various communication channels and tools (i.e., Viva Engage, Microsoft programs and tools). Experience developing, executing, and measuring communications initiatives and campaigns. Data analysis and improvement of processes. MS Office knowledge. Internal communications expert with core business acumen and a general understanding of healthcare marketplace; experience with Viva Engage is a plus.
