Join our CHC South Cone & COPAC leadership team as Performance Analytics Head driving insights and strategies to enhance our business performance and support our growth objectives. This is a role thought for a candidate with a strong background in data analytics, strategic planning, and leadership.
Main responsibilities:
Lead the performance analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement the overall strategy for performance analytics in alignment with company goals.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth and efficiency.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations) to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
Lead initiatives to improve data literacy and analytical capabilities across the organization.
Manage multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Allocate resources effectively to support high-priority initiatives.
Continuously seek ways to enhance analytics tools, methodologies, and processes.
Implement best practices for data governance and security.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the consumer goods or healthcare industry.
Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to link analytics to business strategy.
Advanced English level to communicate with global teams
