Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team and provide support in operational tasks such as inventory management, sales tracking, and financial reporting.
The role requires strong proficiency in Excel for data reconciliation, financial planning, and maintaining reports.
Familiarity with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central is a plus but can be trained.
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Excel Management: Perform data reconciliation using vLookup, SumIf functions, and update financial and inventory planning spreadsheets.
Sales & Inventory Tracking: Maintain and update sales reports using data from Shopify and other platforms.
Shopify Administration: Assist with uploading products, updating prices, and preparing the site for sales.
Amazon Seller Central: Communicate with the shipping center and manage product listings and inventory.
Shipping Coordination: Manage occasional coordination with the shipping center regarding shipments and products.
Qualifications: Experience: Proficiency in Excel for managing data, planning, and reporting is essential.
Familiarity with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central is preferred but can be trained.
Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish.
Nice-to-Haves: Language Skills: Strong English skills or fluency in Spanish.
Analytical Skills: Ability to easily reconcile data and handle discrepancies in reports.
