Position : Paralegal Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm EST Salary Range : 1000 - 1800 USD per month Search Location : Latin America About the job: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support our estate planning and elder law practice.
The ideal candidate will provide essential legal support, including but not limited to drafting and filing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications.
The Paralegal will also assist with live translation for our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear and empathetic communication.
Duties and Responsibilities: Legal assist level support in document drafting, calling, scheduling, and client management for estate planning and elder law clients Gather and organize legal documents Prepare and file legal documents Conduct legal research as needed Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the legal process Prepare and manage case files Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Attend client meetings as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field 1 year of experience as a paralegal assistant Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work with confidential documents Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Attention to detail and accuracy Strong research skills Live translation with our Spanish-speaking clients Has initiative, good at problem-solving, and has empathy when communicating with clients
