We are looking for an experienced and passionate Outbound SDR to join our international Sales Team. You will contribute to the overall sales success by generating a leads pipeline, performing qualification and discovery, and then, scheduling product demonstration calls for the Tidio AE team. As the Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will: Outreach our potential clients with phone calls and personalized email sequences to spark interest in Tidio+; Qualify leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points; Manage a pipeline of high, and medium-intent leads in a well-organized and effective way; Keep a track record of data for a better understanding of changes in a pipeline and the progress of key performance metrics; Consistently meet and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and new business metrics; Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product, customer stories and the best sales practices; Leverage tools like Hubspot, DialPad and Seamless; Actively partner with your peers from the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to contribute to the overall success of the sales process. You are the perfect fit if you have: Minimum 4 years of experience as an Outbound SDR/BDR in the B2B SaaS industry and a proven track record of successful lead generation and qualification; Native or near-native level command of English; Experience in making high-volume sales calls and managing a generated pipeline; Experience with SMBs and Midmarket sales; Attention to detail and good data hygiene - to maintain profiles in a database and be on track with your activity goals; The ability to conduct engaging phone calls and write persuasive emails; Curiosity around understanding the SMB/Midmarket industry and how different companies could use Tidio; Exceptional listening skills that help you to understand well clients perspective; Passion for the tech field and focus on developing a sales-oriented career.
