JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for capturing customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system to achieve the fixed service level requirements. Responsible for business interface monitoring, to accurately and efficiently monitor the interfaces in the system. Skilled in different order entry channels such as EDI, optical character recognition tool, Web portal and the CRM. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Capture customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system. Create orders manually in the ERP according to customer requirements. Review and validate orders in the optical character recognition tool. Contribute to continuous improvement of order taking activities. Monitor all inbound and outbound customer interfaces through IDOCs. Investigate failed IDOCs and contact relevant departments as necessary. Keep track of changes in IDOCs, emails, etc. Request maintenance to IT of master data fields linked to different customer interfaces. Execute integration activities within the service level agreement. About you Experience: At least 2-3 years' experience with knowledge of order processing and customer service. Soft and technical skills: Good business acumen. Strong problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience of SAP in S4 Hana. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise in MS Excel. Ability to interact with internal stakeholders in issue resolution. Detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learner. Team player, able to work collaboratively.
