Job Title: Operations Manager-LATAM Location: Remote (EST Time zone) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.Additional Availability: Occasional Saturdays required to oversee field operations and support sales representatives.Friday PM is light Job description: We are seeking an energetic Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, non-traditional work environment.This role requires a unique blend of mental agility, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the roofing business.You will be responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and overall management of day-to-day operations, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize daily operations, including scheduling roofers and dispatching teams to various job sites.Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness by overseeing CRM management and leveraging data for decision-making.Collaborate closely with all team members to foster a positive, energetic work environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites being worked on.Respond quickly to changes in the business environment or project requirements, demonstrating flexibility and a capacity to tackle challenges head-on.Provide leadership and support to a small, tightly-knit team, guiding the company through rapid growth phases.Maintain high levels of discipline and organization to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.Requirements: Proven experience as an Operations Manager, ideally within the roofing or a related industry.Strong organizational and leadership abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for proactive problem-solving.Tech-savvy with experience managing CRMs and comfortable with numerical data.Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment, not limited to the traditional 9-5.Highly collaborative spirit and the discipline to handle multiple tasks in a fast-growing company setting.Quantitatively inclined, with a strong aptitude for analyzing data and generating actionable insights from numbers.Desirable Traits: Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.Proactive and mentally agile, able to anticipate and address issues before they develop.Organized and disciplined, with a focus on efficiency and time management.
