Location: Cali, Colombia About the Position We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead operations at our Cali factory. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing short-, medium-, and long-term production and warehouse objectives, ensuring alignment with the site's vision and corporate priorities. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that production and warehouse practices align with strategic goals, while optimizing costs, operational conditions, and efficiency to support the sustainable growth of the business. What You'll Do: Plan and execute business strategies, including cost-reduction projects, innovative initiatives, capacity building, efficiency improvements, and employee well-being programs. Regularly evaluate category performance, monthly results, sales trends, customer feedback, and supplier negotiations. Continuously monitor site performance, develop actionable work plans, identify key teams for priority focus, and initiate improvement projects or corrective actions to address performance deviations. Safeguard the well-being of all employees by preventing accidents and incidents, managing risk mitigation strategies, and fostering a culture of safety, while ensuring full compliance with local safety, health, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with the Quality team to develop operational procedures and product/process standards, and implement measurement systems to empower employees to effectively control product and process quality. Foster workforce development and motivation by overseeing training plans, establishing employee growth strategies, and working closely with HR to identify and promote talent. Ensure active participation in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture. So, What Does It Take to Be Successful in This Role? A degree in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related fields. 5+ years of leadership experience in operations within manufacturing companies. Proven experience in personnel management and team leadership, particularly in supply chain areas. Strong data-driven mindset and excellent leadership skills. Advanced level of English proficiency.
